Since 1996, a usenet newsgroup specially devoted to software
measurement exists:
comp.software.measurement.
Other newsgroups that often carry information and discussions
on software measurement, quality and process improvement,
though not exclusively,

comp.object.

The Belgian Software Metrics Association (BeSMA) was founded
in 1994. The objectives of BeSMA are to collect and exchange information
on software metrics and to promote the use of software metrics
in Belgium. Membership of BeSMA is open to everyone interested in
software metrics.
Most activities will be held in Dutch.
