Quality Plus gives courses on software measurement and offers IFPUG certified Function Point training. They have also a bibliography on their articles on these topics, which you can request.

• Software Productivity Centre Inc. (SPC); Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; Specializes in software engineering support, including process improvement and quality systems. Services offered are Training, Assessments and Software Engineering Products.
• The US Airforce Software Technology Support Center STSC offers a couple of metrics workshops for project managers, quality assurance teams etc.
